Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Knowledge Base, operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

AI Knowledge Base lets you build searchable AI knowledge bases from files, web pages and typed Q&As, and query them through a playground interface. Answers are generated by AI from your sources; always verify important information against the cited source before relying on it.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you upload or create. You grant us the license needed to store, index and process it to operate your knowledge bases. Do not add content you do not have the right to use, and do not use the service to infringe the rights of others or to break the law.

Credits and payment

Generation features consume credits sold in packs on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, used credits are not refundable; unused pack credits remain on your account while it is active.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
